Our founder, Ariday, discovered his love for construction at a young age while growing up in Cuba. Faced with the challenge of providing for his family as a teenager, he found purpose and fulfillment in the construction industry.
At the time, owning his own company was a distant dream, one he never imagined could become reality. Yet, through dedication, perseverance, and commitment to his craft, that dream became TQF Construction. Now, more than 30 years later, Ariday’s passion continues to drive our company forward, shaping every project we undertake.
